ENVIRONMENT DESIGN & PLANNING

Every successful event begins with thoughtful planning.

We work closely with our clients, venues, and vendors to design event environments that are functional, visually cohesive, and appropriate for the site conditions.

Services include:

  • Site evaluation and layout planning

  • Structural and spatial planning for tents, flooring, and staging

  • Guest flow, seating, and dance floor optimization

  • Shoreline, weather, and site-condition considerations

  • Coordination with planners, venues, and vendors

Our goal is to anticipate challenges before they arise - so nothing is left to chance.
 

STRUCTURE, LIGHTING & INFRASTRUCTURE

We design and install the physical elements that define your event space, including:

  • Sailcloth, high-peak, traditional pole, frame, and custom tent structures

  • Dance floors, staging, and specialty flooring

  • Specialty, bistro, and architectural lighting design

  • Custom-built arbors, bars, farm tables, benches, and ceremony elements

  • Tables, seating, linens, and supporting infrastructure

  • Climate control, heat, and contingency solutions

Each element is selected and installed with intention - not simply placed.
 

EXECUTION & ON-SITE MANAGEMENT

Execution is where experience matters most.

Our team manages:

  • Professional delivery, installation, and breakdown

  • On-site coordination and oversight

  • Adjustments for weather, site conditions, or timeline changes

  • Efficient teardown and site restoration

We operate with precision, care, and respect for the venue and surrounding environment.
 

PERMITS & LOGISTICS SUPPORT

Permitting and logistics can be complex, especially for outdoor and shoreline events.

While permits are typically the responsibility of the client or venue, WT Rental & Services can assist with permit coordination and logistics management when requested.
